Réponse : Il faut choisir un bois dense et bien sec : plus la densité sera forte plus la combustion sera lente et efficace. Avec un bois "lourd" on obtiendra une braise durable, une combustion propre (peu d'émissions polluantes et peu de suie) et un maximum d'agrément. Le Chêne, le frène et l'accacia constituent d'excellents choix.
